Co-Founder
Development professional with over ten years of experience in journalism, project management, and donor-funded skills development programmes. Worked with GIZ on TVET and workforce development initiatives. Holds multiple master's degrees in Conflict, Peace and Security; International Relations and Diplomacy; and Social Sciences. Co-founded SkillsBridge Foundation to address the systemic exclusion of individuals with disabilities from skills training and employment.
Ernest Afenyo
Skills Development Expert
Skills development expert with over 20 years of combined experience in public sector, private sector, and international development. Expertise in agricultural education, TVET consultancy, competency-based curriculum development, and value chain analysis. A key reflection from his experience is the exclusion of Persons Living with Disabilities from skills development initiatives—the basis for his passion as a collaborator for SkillsBridge Foundation.
Leonard Dogbey
Project & TVET Specialist
Over 18 years of experience in project management, sustainable agricultural development, TVET development and implementation, and climate-smart practices. Worked with World Bank, EU, AFDB, SECO, BMZ. Expert in competency-based curricula and training module development. Coordinated integrated farmer training for over 4,500 farmers and created self-employment opportunities for 3,320 youth across sustainable value chains.
Isaac Belaich
Technology & Social Impact
Bridges IT and social work with a person-centred foundation. Background in electronics, sensor technology, and AgriTech. Gained experience at Infrabel designing sensor deployments and in IT applications within insurance. Committed to projects that bring positive change. His mission: to give people a voice, skills, and a meaningful place in society through SkillsBridge Foundation.
Samuel Mayeden
Health Systems & Research
Health Systems Development Consultant with over 15 years of experience in public health, social protection, research, and policy, with a strong focus on vulnerable populations in resource-constrained settings. PhD candidate at Heidelberg University. Collaborated with USAID, WHO, UNICEF, World Bank, GIZ, and World Vision International on community health systems and monitoring and evaluation.
Gamel Osman
IT & Digital Systems Director
Software engineer and tech founder with over 10 years of experience building and scaling digital systems. Co-founder of three startups (Looma, Wuro & Traka). Works at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and execution, with experience across telco, fintech, authenticity & verification, e-commerce, and agri-tech. Has collaborated with teams across four continents and built websites, mobile apps, and tech systems delivering real impact for organisations to date.
