Devices and accessibility upgrades so training and workplaces are truly inclusive
Overview
Limited access to assistive technologies and inaccessible training infrastructure are major barriers for persons with disabilities. Our programme addresses both: we provide assistive devices where needed and upgrade training facilities with accessibility features.
Assistive Devices
We support trainees with appropriate assistive technology—from screen readers and magnifiers to mobility aids and adaptive equipment—so that physical or sensory differences do not prevent participation in skills development.
Facility Upgrades
Over our 24-month pilot, we aim to upgrade 100 training facilities with accessibility features. This includes ramps, accessible washrooms, signage, and digital accessibility for learning materials.
